Haider obtained his law degree from the University of North London in
1989. He began work in a High Street solicitor’s firm in 1991 dealing
with criminal work, civil disputes and family work.
He set up
Haider Kennedy solicitors in July 2001 when the firm was based in
Balham, South
London. In November 2002 the firm moved to larger premises in South
Norwood and has gradually expanded since then and it became a limited
company in April 2003.
In
2002 Shuja Haider became an accredited specialist of the Solicitors Family Law
Association which has now been re-named Resolution. His specialisms are
children and domestic violence.
